ABOUT ME

I am Divya Dang, the HR Head at Cloud Analogy and founder of an ed-tech platform, LearNowX. With over 9 years of rich experience working for Fortune 500 companies across different sectors, I have been able to successfully refine my proficiency and expertise. I am a graduate with an MBA in HR as a specialization and a master’s degree holder in Business Law from the National Law School of Indian University (NLSIU).

Now, after understanding the root cause of many issues faced by both recruiters and students, I am collaborating on creating an enriched and streamlined experience for tech aspirants and tech recruiters through LearNowX.I believe that I am more than an effective HR leader and a people person with a unique balance of compassion, business acumen, technological know-how, and legal knowledge.

As the pandemic unfolds, it is imperative to ensure the smooth handling of all aspects of an organization’s operations. Therefore, being in the role of HR head, it is my responsibility to adapt to the change, provide maximum support, effectively communicate and implement structural changes to help the team navigate the new normal.

After months of discussion and research, we have built LearNowx, a corporate training and skill development platform that transforms High potential aspirants into Industry ready professionals through highly engaged Hands-on training and industry use cases. LearNowx provides a wide array of work experience programs for students/college professionals to build genuine and successful careers and thrive in their desired technological careers.

Webinars and Human Interactions

For Building a community in post-covid normalcy, our emphasis is more on creating meaningful interactions with students and understanding what are they seeking in terms of careers. For this, team LearNowX is visiting colleges to exchange dialogues and create a collaborative experience amongst industry experts and aspirants around questions that matter. As a founder and HR professional, I firmly accept my responsibility to reflect upon the post-covid world of work that is determined not just by their industry-related knowledge but by their ability to navigate the world of work and facilitate agility in skillsets.
