A brighter tomorrow is our mission at Cloud Analogy. It’s part of the daily routine and has been effortlessly incorporated into our business planning, strategy, and practice at every level of the organization. 

Being a part of Cloud Analogy, I have always ensured to empower communities to be self-sufficient by being the herald of change. In our Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives, a comprehensive approach is taken as the teams at the organization work in various areas, including economic growth, women’s empowerment, skill development for sustainable livelihoods, human health, education support, agriculture, and infrastructure development, and more. Our consistent goal has been to work responsibly with our communities and to involve them in our growth.

Toward’s the Student’s community

As a pursuer of Human resources and their management, it automatically becomes my responsibility to give back to the community, in a meaningful way. Thus we have created a space for students where they can learn about the much-needed technical skills in Java, Python, Salesforce, Machine Learning, and AI automation. In addition to this, students would also learn about soft skills and would be hired by their dream employer.

Toward’s the organizational upliftment

Every organization needs internal support for upliftment and better growth. Internal support is being given by skilled and creative employees. At LearNowX, we not only nurture skilled students but also help companies to hire them for the betterment and growth of their organization.

Strengthening Communities

Employees’ work and growth are essential for me, and creating shared value here is the utmost priority. In addition, the social and environmental challenges are addressed through the company’s principles, workplace culture, and giving back to communities.

We all are well aware that COVID has sparked an extraordinary public health disaster due to its rapid proliferation. For people in need during these difficult times, the staff at Cloud Analogy planned a CSR initiative to assist them. Groceries, toiletries, and other essentials were all provided to the underprivileged members of the community, which included children, adults, and the elderly. With our wish-fulfillment project, we brought smiles to the faces of the disadvantaged.

Employee Well-being And Health

By implementing quality employee wellness activities, I hope to help employees build healthy habits, stay physically active, set fitness goals, and track their progress toward a balanced lifestyle. In addition, every individual’s identity and living conditions are respected because of the diverse culture at the organization: equitable possibilities, work-life balance, varied range of engaging programs, and more.

Environmental Responsibility

I am committed to sustainability and strive to satisfy the demands of the present without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs. As part of the decision-making process, the organization strives to incorporate environmental issues, and everyone here is committed to continuously improving our environmental practices.

On the occasion of World Environment Day, to spread awareness regarding the degradation of the environment and protect wildlife, teams at Cloud Analogy pledged to take individual action to help protect the environment and preserve the planet’s rich biodiversity.
